3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier's official portal.
4. Damages & Order Issues
Kenvary Home places the highest priority on the safe arrival of our products, especially our refined ceramics and fragile art pieces.
If you receive your order damaged or broken during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take a clear photo, and contact our support team at kenvary@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We promise to arrange a 100% free replacement or refund for you immediately.
